In 2019, the Ministry of Public Security's Decision on Amending the "Procedures on the Procedures for Handling Administrative Cases by Public Security Organs" will come into effect on January 1, 2019. The addition of relevant provisions for the public security organs to use electronic signatures, electronic fingerprint printing technology, and synchronized audio and video recording methods to produce electronic records means that the paperless solution based on electronic signatures has been recognized by judicial regulations in the judicial record scenario.
